As a defunct project from a liquidated builder, 'Parkvue' sat incomplete for 2 years at partial plaster stage. Comprising both commercial and residential accomodation we successfully navigated insurance companies, site owner and banks so the complexities were more than just getting it built. It had an initial construction cost of $15 million.
Sitting in it’s prime Esplanade location we took this from a public eyesore to being highly sought after real estate. With 20 apartments and 5 commercial shops this is now an iconic property on the Mornington foreshore. We successfully took this project over and completed it.
